Here’s what you need to do:
- File a petition with the New Jersey Division of Elections to get your name on the ballot.

- Appoint a Campaign Treasurer.
- Establish a Campaign Depository.
- Understand NJ Election Law Enforcement Commission regulations regarding campaign contributions and expenditures.
